JOB TITLE: Sales Associate - Archery, Hunting and FishingReports To: Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Department LeadSUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for assisting customers in their purchase of company products and services by performing the following duties.$14.00 and up depending on experienceArchery Tech experience a plus will trainWill need to work opening and closing shifts and one weekend daySchedule is set and doesn't change for work life balanceDrug Screen and background check required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Handles all aspects of customer service (internal and external customers alike)Work on bows and associated equipmentAbility to handle customer and employee issues, along with communicating to management regarding issues that need to be addressed.Assists with inventory to and from the warehouse, and sales floor.Responsible for promoting a positive culture within the department/store.Works with customers to insure a positive shopping experience.Handles inbound callsProvides and collects required paperwork and forms following all guidelines, ensuring accuracy of data collected free of errors or missing data.Maintains required paperwork.Quotes price and describes features of product items.Emphasizes salable features, credit terms, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.Stocks products on sales floorCleans and organizes work areas Enforces safety, health, and security rules.
