Job Description

Primary responsibilities:
  • TOG Accounting Department project. Presentation to be made, like TOG internships in other areas
  • Observing and working in multiple departments: AR, AP, Purchasing, financial close/reporting, fixed assets, etc.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing invoice and credit card/expense reports
  • Data entry
  • Prepare accounting reports and analyze data
  • Perform research for budgeting and financial forecasting
  • File & organize documents
  • Provide administrative support
  • Speak to clients about payments, refunds, and statements
Desired skills and qualifications:
  • Recent college graduate, or in the process of completing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, ag business, or a related field
  • Excel proficiency
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Team player and motivated to learn and help wherever needed
