Requirements:

" Availability to work 100% on Client's site in Tallahassee, FL (required);

" Technical or business work experience (3-5 years);

" Experience working as a Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall (3+ years);

" Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development;

" Experience with Azure Cloud;

" Experience in business process design and re-engineering;

" Experience communicating and working within cross-departmental teams, strong collaborative skills;

" Experience with Microsoft Visio;

" Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings;

" Leadership experience;

" Experience providing business analysis in a criminal justice environment (preferred);

" Experience working with Law Enforcement Agencies and associated security requirements (preferred);

" Experience with IT standards in a criminal justice environment (preferred);

" Experience using the Offender Based Information System (OBIS) (preferred);

" Experience with state government projects (preferred);

" Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred);

" Bachelor's Degree, from an accredited college/university, in Computer Science, Information Systems, other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

" Lead and/or assist Department staff in business requirements gathering sessions (JADs);

" Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and IT software developers to document business requirements;

" Develop as-is, to-be, and other required business analysis documentation;

" Develop and lead implementation of business process improvement recommendations;

" Serve as a liaison with Department users;

" Follow standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts;

" Manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders and provide regular briefings to Client Leadership;

" Work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
