**Job Brief**

Under limited supervision is responsible for responding to complex customer and installer DER interconnection needs including application and incentive payment processing, and transfers. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills, and reliability. Experience with Tableau, SAP, PHOENIX, Adobe, VISIO and MS Office Suite preferred.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Performs initial review of residential DER applications and application corrections.

Responds to and resolves complex customer and installer inquiries in a professional manner.

Manages the public facing DEP email in-box and phone line.

Researches and analyzes stalled applications to determine next steps and recommend actions for facilitating the interconnection process.

Communications with Supervisor and Manager to escalate as appropriate.

Manages transfer of interconnection agreements to new CORs.

As needed, provide scheduling support for final inspections and commissionings.

Excellent written and communication skills.

Supports the initial review team supervisor in special tasks as assigned.

Provides training and support to initial review team contingent workers.

Creates desk instructions and process flow materials.

**Education**

College level coursework (100+) from an accredited institution will be evaluated on an individual basis according to the skill/level to determine if applicable to the position by management.

**Experience**

At job entry, placement will be determined by a review of college transcripts and related work experience. A minimum of 6 years of related experience is required for the senior level. Once placed into the job family, an employee may become eligible for promotion by demonstrating the ability to perform advanced and more difficult work as determined by their management and meeting experience requirements.
