Summary: Assigns and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling, testing and inspecting of assemblies and subassemblies Responsibilities: • Analyzes production schedule and assign jobs to line workers needed to meet delivery dates • Plans work assignments for group on basis of priority and worker skills • Assigns duties to workers and evaluate worker performance • Implements company policies and procedures •Examines product according to knowledge of manufacturing and quality standards to ensure acceptability • Reviews and compiles operations records, such as yield, scrap and maintenance costs • Reviews work orders, product specifications, technical instructions and facility requirements, requisition tools. Equipment and supplies for section • Enters and verify employees work time into system • Adapts easily to changing programs; flexible to do tasks assigned Other information: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Effective interpersonal skills • Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required • Effective organization and prioritization skills • Demonstrate high attention to detail • Ability to work with diverse groups • Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment and professionalism. • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment. • Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools. • Strong customer service and client focus • Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software •4 year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management •2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience; 1+ years in a leadership role; • Experience in contract manufacturing preferred • Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools

Education:
