As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be tasked with processing invoices accurately and efficiently by matching them to the corresponding purchase orders. Your role will also involve vendor maintenance, reconciling receipts, and performing meticulous data entry to ensure the financial operations run smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ 3+ years of experience processing over 250 invoices a week

+ 3+ years of experience matching invoices to purchase orders

+ 3+ years of vendor maintenance experience

+ Proficient within a large scale ERP such as SAP, SAGE, Oracle, Workday, JD Edwards, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics
