Travel: No travel requirements.Position Description| Senior Quality Control ManagerThe Quality Control Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that companys products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves overseeing all aspects of quality control processes, from developing and implementing quality assurance policies to conducting inspections and audits. Responsibilities include:•Develop and implement quality control procedures, testing and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications. •Establish metrics for quality assessment and continuous improvement initiatives. •Manage a team of quality control inspectors, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed. •Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. •Analyze quality control data and trends to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. •Oversee & guide R&D projects & processes. •Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. •Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans. •Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions. •Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.Requirements:The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field as well as 5+ years of experience in quality control management. You should also possess strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and methodologies as well as experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE).
