Job Opportunity Job Type: Full-time Hourly Exemption Type: Non-Exempt Location: OH, Columbus - Columbus, OH (Hybrid - candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office but must reside within 60-miles of the office and report as requested) Schedule: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Compensation Range: $26.00-$32.00 per hour What We Offer Competitive base pay Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match and disability coverage Paid time off, sick time, and holidays Tuition reimbursement and professional training Recognition programs and growth opportunities Free Calm membership for you and up to five others Job Responsibilities Assist Project Managers and Leads in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules and budgets Prepare and update project status reports Coordinate frequently with team members to track project status Perform project analysis and reporting Provide administrative support to Right of Way, Engineering, Construction, and Management teams What We're Looking For Someone who works efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines Someone who can prioritize and balance multiple tasks Someone who demonstrates strong organization and planning skills Someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills Someone who thrives in a fast-paced administrative setting Someone who provides strong customer service experience Someone who can adapt to new systems and software environments Minimum Requirements Minimum of three years of technical documentation experience in Right of Way and/or Real Estate Proficiency with MS Office Suite specifically Excel and Word, Dropbox or equivalent An iOS or Android smartphone Valid Driver's License Relocation is not provided
