The purpose of this job description is to establish the job requirements, working conditions, basic functions, reporting relationships, authorities, essential functions, responsibilities, duties, and measures of performance for the Project Manager of Reliant Processing and Manufacturing, Ltd.

Oversee operation of each project aligned with all carbon dioxide co2 liquefaction and dry ice operations. Duties include: strategic planning, contract negotiation, project budgeting, procurement management, managing budgets and improving efficiencies, setting priorities, development of structure, quality control, maintenance.

Division if currently composed of eight Liquid CO2 and Dry Ice production facilities. Territory includes east to west coast of domestic US.

What you'll be working on:

Develop and implement the manufacturing project management processes.

Initiate, review and oversee required project administration and documentation.

Ensure contract agreements are expeditiously secured, reviewed, processed and executed.

Review, edit, finalize and distribute project budgets.

Initiate setup, monitoring and updating of project scheduling.

Coordinate required procurement of materials and equipment with purchasing agent, with emphasis on buyout plan to meet, or improve on, established schedule dates and budget cost.

Responsible for ensuring the procurement of parts, materials, equipment and fabricated parts meets customer's specifications.

Subcontract agreement negotiation, preparation, processing and execution.

Ensure required submittal review, processing and approvals, and logs are set-up and maintained.

Create and update materials and equipment delivery tracking logs.

Create, submit and obtain approval of billing.

Collect payments, progress billing and retention receivables.

Support the pricing, negotiation and processing of changed conditions and scope change orders.

Monitor the financial performance and productivity of Company products and projects.

Assist the GM in the required project reporting and forecasting.

Prepare and submit all required project monthly contract valuations.

Review, approve and process all subcontractor and supplier invoices.

Evaluate and monitor contracts to be sure that vendors and suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the contract and to determine the need for changes.

Oversee ASME guidelines, standards and quality control.

What is expected of a Manufacturing Project Manager:

Proven leadership skills and work ethic

Travel will be required for this position to oversee each project until completion.

CO2 knowledge is required during the duration of this position with the willingness to learn.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent of relevant education and work experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Construction or Integration

5+ years of project management is required; mix of experience is a plus.

Proven specialist expertise including fiscal responsibilities.

Proven ability to effectively work as a team and take direction from multiple heads.

Significant experience and skilled in processes of project management and project controls

Demonstrated success in change management, problem solving, and solution development.

Action-oriented and innovative in leading the Project Management function.

Demonstrates a high level of ethical behavior in exercising judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.

Outstanding interpersonal with ability to build relationships with employees & customers.

Experience and technical understanding of data centers, data center modules, and modular processes.

Leadership of the setup and implementation of project management and product management processes and scheduling

Development, setup and monitoring of budgets and schedules

Monthly project and financial reports

Accountable for the timely reports, analysis, and financial support activities

Project and product line scheduling

Pay, Benefits, Insurance and Vacation:

Starting pay is on a per individual basis paid monthly or biweekly.

Pay increases will be based on a yearly evaluation, merit, and performance.

Insurance and benefits are based on 90-day probation period that include pre-employment screening.

Benefits include 401k.

Company Card provided for out of town excursions.

Cell phone allowance

Vacations are as per company policy and as follows:

There are eight paid holidays throughout the year. New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day including the Friday after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

There are two weeks paid vacation for years of service one through five.

There are three weeks paid vacation for years five through ten.

There are four weeks paid vacation after ten years.
