**Description:**

* Assist the Store Manager in leading all store sales activities, in achieving sales and profit objectives and in developing the store team.

* Assist management in ordering and inventory item management, managing store operations, sales reporting and reporting on various programs and initiatives within the stores.

**Duties** :

* Perform all duties of Sales Associates

* Perform the duties of the Store Manager in their absence

* Assist the Store Manager in leading all sales activities to achieve objectives of the store's business plan

* Assist the Store Manager in merchandising to approved plan-o-grams, shelf price labeling, implement product changeovers

* Assist the Store Manager in managing inventory

* Assist the Store Manager in managing deliveries

* Prepare store for daily opening and closing; stock inventory; perform general housekeeping duties

*Operations Management*

* Assist in managing item inventories across multiple stores

* Prepare consolidated reports for management on store sales activities and performance

* Prepare consolidated reports on store operations

**Qualifications** :

* Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and at least one year of retail experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

* Strong oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to effectively manage difficult retail situations in a controlled and courteous manner.

* Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines

* Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including peak seasons and special events. This includes the ability to work at multiple store locations, as needed.

* Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
