for a leading entertainment company.

The Program Manager, part of the Portfolio & Program Strategy team, oversees critical initiatives' planning, funding, and management. Reporting to a Lead Technical Project Manager, this role structures product-centric teams, aligning financials, resources, timelines, and risks. Operationalizing solutions for process improvement and efficiency, stakeholder management, and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams are key responsibilities.

This is a 7-12 month, full-time contract that is hybrid onsite in Orlando, FL. The application deadline for this role is Wednesday, April 17, 2024

Program Manager Responsibilities: Plan, evaluate, and summarize program performance for leadership; increase transparency to the supporting team and stakeholders. Create reporting demonstrating program objectives align with the organization and site's strategic goals and vision. Monitor and measure progress of program activities and deliverables against timelines/milestones and required quality standards. Manage risks and opportunities, take a proactive problem-solving approach; share insights with a point of view to make actionable recommendations. Assist with developing and maintaining a roadmap to evaluate prioritization, gain an understanding of business strategies, and align with technology solutions. Deliver standardized processes and reporting, identify opportunities to continuously improve efficiency within the organization. Consolidate resource demand and capacity details across the program; planning for leveled resource allocation across multiple projects and activities. Gather reports, analyze, and manage forecast inputs within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system in alignment with key program parameters. Research and provide cause of change for financial variances; support for monthly/quarterly Financial and Portfolio updates. Provide support for Long-Term, Annual Capital, and Operating Plans. Foster and evolve partnerships with a diverse set of program stakeholder teams and executive partners to collaborate for deliverables. Operate with a data-driven mindset, leveraging quantitative information and facts for analysis. Program Manager Requirements: Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 Products Adaptable to fast-paced environments, adept at multitasking with a sense of humor Strong project management skills including planning, risk management, and organizational change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all leadership levels Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Experience in product-oriented organizations collaborating with diverse teams Effective negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Program Manager preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with Smartsheet Project Management Software or similar tools Experience with Clarity Project Portfolio Management Software Understanding of growth strategy frameworksInvolvement in concept and new business model exploration project Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or ScrumMaster (CSM)
