If you're a self-motivated professional who has the ability to easily connect with people, and who has a proven track record in the financial industry, we'd love to hear from you Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team at Wallace Hart Capital Management in Lexington, KY. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to our clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their financial needs, goals and risk tolerance Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies Provide advice on a wide range of financial products and services including investment, retirement, tax and estate planning Monitor client portfolios and make recommendations for adjustments as needed Stay current on market trends and changes in financial regulations Build and maintain strong client relationships Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and networking, with a goal of making 50-100 contacts per week until a sufficient client base is established Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience as a financial advisor Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses Strong knowledge of financial markets and products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Self-motivated and results-driven At Wallace Hart Capital Management, we offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including Dental, Vision, 401(k) plan and profit-sharing opportunities.
