***Essential Functions***

* Provide IT Helpdesk service, delivering first and second tier support to LES Team Members regarding both hardware and software issues.

* Respond to technical IT assistance requests from the Helpdesk software system, Helpdesk E-mail, and direct phone calls.

* Diagnose faults, issues and perform routine maintenance and/or escalate tickets to internal resources or outside vendors to ensure appropriate service levels are being given to our end users.

* Receive, inventory, install, and configure new personal computing equipment and peripherals as required.

* Facilitate feedback and communications between the IT team and LES staff regarding support request status as needed.

* Ensure requests are completed in a timely manner and that IT Management is updated regularly of any unresolved issues or potential high risk IT situations.

* Maintain an enterprise wide listing of all LES IT Assets (desktops, laptops, and other peripherals). Identify those items that are reaching the end of lifecycle in a timely manner to facilitate an orderly replacement.

* Identify warranty status and refer defective equipment to manufacturer for repair or replacement.

* Assist in Server systems support and administration.

* Assist with local area and wide area networking installation and troubleshooting.

* Create and maintain IT related end user training documentation.

* Have excellent time keeping and prioritization management skills.

* Provide IT specific training to LES Team Members on computer system access and usage.

* Adhere to, support, and foster compliance in end users of LES IT policies and procedures.

* Be a strong team player that continually strives to grow the IT Administrator role within LES.

***Knowledge and Skills***

Required Technical Skills:

* Ability to troubleshoot current Windows Operating Systems

* Desktop and Laptop hardware support

* TCP/IP Networking for Local Area and Wide Area Networks

* Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

* Experience with MS Active Directory and Office 365 Admin Portal

Desired Technical Skills:

* Citrix XenApp Client Support (basic user administration)

* Helpdesk ticketing software administration (Kace)

* Printer service and support

* Laserfiche or Similar Document Management Solutions

***Education and Experience***

* 5 years of experience working in an IT department performing similar duties required.

* Professional Certifications such as MCP, A+, and Network+ or higher are preferred.

***Working Environment:***

* There are no special physical requirements for this position.

* General office conditions

* Some light lifting and bending

* Periods of sitting

* Occasional travel (approximately 10%)
