Bilingual Medical Receptionist Robert Half is partnering with a busy and reputable medical office that is seeking a Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, answer phones, and manage high-volume front desk operations Schedule and confirm patient appointments Check patients in and out and verify insurance information Maintain accurate patient records and update EMR systems Assist patients with questions, forms, and follow-up requests Communicate with clinicians, medical assistants, and office management Provide exceptional customer service in English and Spanish Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare environment Knowledge of EMR systems preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high call volume and multitask effectively Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
