TrufaMED prides itself on delivering the highest standard of care in a luxurious and patient-centered setting.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Surfside, FL. The Medical Receptionist will manage appointment scheduling, answer phones with excellent etiquette, perform general receptionist duties, and provide administrative support in the medical office. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include assisting with patient check-ins, maintaining records, and coordinating front desk operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients.QualificationsStrong skills in Appointment Scheduling and managing front desk calendarsProficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication skillsExperience with general Receptionist Duties, including welcoming and assisting patientsKnowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with healthcare processesBackground in working within a Medical Office setting or similar environmentsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced settingProficiency with office and scheduling software is a plusBilingual skills in English and Spanish are a strong advantageWork experience in healthcare
