Be part of the Blue Wahoos Team The Bait & Tackle, the team store of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos, is the brick and mortar location where fans shop for their Blue Wahoos merchandise. Located on the concourse level behind home plate at Blue Wahoos Stadium, the Bait & Tackle offers a variety of product. Additionally, online sales are processed through the Bait & Tackle.

Job Responsibilities:

•Greet and receive customers visiting the Bait & Tackle.

•Achieve daily sales goals through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

•Create / Update customer profile records in Revel point-of-sale system.

•Manage point-of-sale system and software.

•Assist with inventory, including receiving, processing and stocking merchandise.

•Manage reorder / best sellers log

•Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.

•Maintain cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of store.

•Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Retail Sales Associate Skills and Qualifications:

•Excellent customer service

•Dynamic and dependable

•Organization skills and ideas

•People and communication skills

•Suggestive selling / product knowledge

•General math skills

•Revel point-of-sale ( preferred)

Education and Experience Requirements:

•1+ years of retail experience desired
