Description

Our client is looking to add a Senior FICO S/4HANA consultant. Would like for this person to have experience using a Brownfield Selective Data migration tools. However, Experience/understanding with any SDT tool is fine. The expectation is NOT for them to use or configure SDT tool, that is what SNP is for. Currently implementing. Go live is planned for 5/19, so hyper care through mid-June.

Responsibilities:

  • Senior S/4 FICO consultant (likely over ~15 years of experience required)
  • Experience with S/4 implementations utilizing a Smart Brownfield approach through Selective Data Transition tools/services (SNP, SAP DMLT, CBS, etc.)
  • General experience and understanding in all core areas of S/4 Finance (GL, Cost Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, AP/AR, Assets Management, Project Systems, Treasury, Tax, etc.)
  • Experience leading SAP FICO Technical Teams onshore and offshore.

Project

  • S/4 Smart Brownfield implementation through Selective Data Transition using SNPs tools and services.
  • Single Global Instance with all Business Core functions, Big Bang go live.
  • Project finishing up Testing phase moving into cutover, go live targeted for Mid-May.
  • Core project team consists of over 150 Business and IT resources (Client team, SI, and other contractors) onshore and offshore.
  • Hybrid model, flexible onsite/remote, requiring to be onsite about 1-2 times per month as needed.

Requirement timeline: as soon as practical, duration is yet to be finalized but likely through the end of June, possibly a few more months through the end of Hypercare.

  • Prefer Houston based resource but open to out of state if resource is a match to requirements.

The FICO resource does need to understand the process and lead resolution of migration issues from the FICO functional perspective.
