**Location:** open to any Elevance Health office location ** _this position will work a hybrid model (remote and office) which requires working in the nearest Elevance Health office 1-2 days per week. The rest of the time would be working remotely (from home). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health office locations. **Open to any Elevance Health office*_ * The **Process Improvement Director** will drive consistent solutions that minimize complexity, effort, and maintenance. Key areas of focus will be direction and strategy, expertise and knowledge, resource management, risk management and change management. How you will make an impact: + Play a key role in partnering with CIO/Technology as well as key business leaders to ensure operational capabilities are aligned with business strategy. + Support the development of the business unit vision as it aligns with the enterprise vision for prioritization, consistency, timeline, and scope. + Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement; researches, develops, and implements related best practices. + Develops metrics to track performance and goal achievement. + Serves as internal consultant relative to continuous improvement initiatives. + Identifies and develops plans to improve performance to be incorporated enterprise wide. **Minimum requirements:** Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. **Preferred skills, capabilities, and experiences:** Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary. _For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $118,800 to $162,000._ _Locations: California, Colorado_ In addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
