We look forward to hearing from you and discussing the opportunity The Role: Supports SHE organization in specialized areaDrives SHE strategy and targets in area of responsibility and uses appropriate reporting toolsReports monthly on SHEQ KPI status Defines and executes standards and procedures in collaboration with affected functional areaEnsures continual improvement in all relevant SHE fieldsSupports Global Audit ManagementSupervises legal compliance matters, follow-up of development in legal matters and regulatory affairsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science or other related discipline; ASP/CSP certification also strongly preferredMinimum 5 years' experience with SHE management functions in manufacturing, preferably within Consumer Products industryWorking knowledge of federal and state SHE regulatory requirements, risk management, behavior-based safetyProficient with Microsoft Office programs (Access, Excel, PowerPoint)Well-developed planning and organizational skills including the ability to work independently, prioritize multiple activities, meet commitments, and proactively manage timeStrong and effective verbal and written communication skillsBenefits 401k Matching Family and Individual Insurance Packages (Health, Life, Dental, and Vision) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Long & Short-Term Disability Identity Theft Plans Retirement & Pension Plans Employee Assistance Program Employee Referral Program Tuition Reimbursement Programs Advancement & Professional Growth opportunities Parental Leave & More
