Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, leading by example and motivating team members to deliver excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
