Unless specified otherwise, this role is on?site at the location detailed in the post. The United States Border Patrol (USBP) is a mobile, uniformed law enforcement organization within CBP, DHS. The Southwest Field Office requires subject matter experts to provide logistics, asset management, property management, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities Warehouse logistics operations: handling receipt, storage, distribution of materials and equipment. Coordinate shipments, monitor inventory to prevent shortages and excesses, adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. Setup and teardown of designated events to facilitate seamless event execution. Perform minor facility enhancements and improvements to maintain Technology Support Warehouse environment. Conduct inspections to ensure facility work orders completed to standards. Assist inventorying of incoming/outgoing program equipment, track and document items. Complete monthly Health and Safety Inspection Sheets, update UTOC Health and Safety Teams page. Fleet management: oversee daily fleet operations, process fuel and maintenance invoices in SAP, maintain fleet folders, ensure vehicle readiness, prepare vehicles for dispositioning, coordinate with San Angelo on fleet usage and repairs, transport government vehicles for maintenance, repairs and deployment. Property Management Support: act as Local Property Officer in SAP, maintain accurate records, oversee property lifecycle, provide guidance and technical support, monitor property?related activities. Assist with asset management support services, undertake comprehensive planning and execution of system deployments, civil buildouts, sustainment operations. Additional duties: Escort duties, cargo security, inventory and disposition, forklift support, vehicle transportation. Flexible work schedule: available occasional weekends as needed. Qualifications Must pass DHS Customs and Border Protection background check. Minimum High School Diploma/GED. 5 or more years of related experience. Valid drivers license.
