Paris (intra-muros) Présentation générale du poste : Rattaché au Business Developement Manager, et dans le cadre de la politique définie par la Direction Marketing/Ventes, le Business Developer (H/F) réalise sur son secteur auprès des cibles de clientèle : CHU CHG Hôpitaux, Cliniques, … les objectifs quantitatifs (contacts, CA), qualitatifs (développement de l’image de S+N, service clients). Dans ce rôle, le candidat retenu devra développer des propositions de valeur et être compétent dans les établissements de santé en se concentrant clairement sur les décideurs clés, en particulier : les chirurgiens des spécialités ciblées, les directeurs de cliniques, les directeurs d'hôpitaux, les directeurs financiers, les directeurs des soins infirmiers, les responsables d’achat, les infirmières spécialisées, … Responsabilités : Travailler avec le Business Development Manager pour délivrer les résultats attendus en CA/marge et objectifs qualitatifs sur le segment de clientèle hospitalier par l’élaboration d’un plan sectoriel en assurant la mise en place, la promotion et la vente du dispositif médical qui lui est confié dans le respect de la politique commerciale définie (produit, prix, cibles, répartition du temps,…) et des budgets promotionnels Effectuer un ciblage (segmentation clients) sur son secteur en accord avec la stratégie, validée par le Business Developement Manager Développer un solide réseau de comptes clés, de KOLs et de partenaires stratégiques Évaluer en permanence le secteur et le marché afin d'identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales avec les clients existants et des opportunités d'élargissement de la base de clients Analyser régulièrement ses activités et performances de ventes, établir un reporting périodique, permettant de mesurer la situation sectorielle en remontant des informations terrain Suivre la stratégie de mise sur le marché pour le plan et les initiatives de la thérapie par pression négative, y compris la proposition de valeur marketing, le développement du modèle commercial, les pilotes de mise en œuvre commerciale et les stratégies d’exécution associées Travailler en collaboration avec le réseau Hospitalier S+N afin de préparer et mener à bien la campagne d’Appels d’Offres Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres services ou équipes commerciales S+N afin de veiller à ce que les opportunités commerciales croisées au sein du territoire soient maximisées par la mise en place d’actions coordonnées Développer et maintenir en permanence des niveaux élevés de compétences en matière de vente, d’approche scientifique et de produits grâce à des programmes de développement continus et à des visites sur le terrain avec le responsable commercial régional et le département d'excellence des ventes. Participer à la mise à jour régulière de la base de données hospitalière sur le logiciel de gestion utilisée Promouvoir de manière efficace l’image de S+N par l’information et la formation médicale auprès des clients ciblés, par des sessions de formations, de l’accompagnement, des relations professionnelles et des participations aux congrès régionaux et nationaux Organiser la mise en place et le suivi d’essais, de protocoles thérapeutiques, participation à l’élaboration des cas cliniques Faire remonter les informations liées à la matério-vigilance PROFIL RECHERCHE : Formation : Minimum Bac+2 souhaité avec orientation commerciale, scientifique ou spécialité médicale complétée par une expérience dans le domaine commercial Licences/ Certificats : Permis de conduire français Expérience : Expérience dans un poste de vente impératif idéalement dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux et technologie médicales, secteur hospitalier, domaine chirurgical mais non rédhibitoire Expérience dans la gestion des intervenants non cliniques (DSI, gestionnaires de risque, responsable…) Connaissance du marché hospitalier Expérience en gestion du marketing ou de l'accès au marché serait un plus Expérience en bloc opératoire serait un plus Compétences : Professionnelles Fort sens commercial, de la négociation et de l’analyse dans un environnement complexe Fort sens du service client, de la communication Aisance sur la vente en cycle long Capacité à saisir les enjeux stratégiques business Compétences à établir des relations avec les professionnels de santé, avec les décideurs cliniques et économiques Bonne connaissance d’un outil CRM (LINK360 par ex.)
