Job Requirements
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM, minimum accuracy of 90% both alpha & numeric
Exceptional analytical skills(investigative nature, inquisitiveness and adaptability to environment)
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Clean and clear written and oral communicative skills
Ability to project a confident, clear and professional telephone presence
Must be used to a fast-paced environment and be able to follow instruction/direction well
Knowledge and ability to navigate basic computer functions: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
Work availability during assigned shifts is a must.
Previous office / customer service experience preferred
Schedules:
- Sundays Only 11am - 4pm
- Saturdays Only 11am- 4pm
- Saturdays Only 3pm - 8pm
- Saturday & Sunday 4pm-9pm
- Saturday & Sunday 4pm - 10pm
- Saturdays Only 2pm - 6pm
- Saturdays 8am - 4pm & Sundays 2pm-6pm
- Mon - Fri 4pm - 8pm
- Mon - Thurs 4pm - 8pm
- Mon & Tues 4pm - 6pm
- Saturday & Sunday 4pm - 9pm
- Sat, Sun, Mon 4pm - 9pm
- M-F 3p-11p
- Mon & Tues 4p-9p
- Tues, Wed, Thurs 12am-7am
