Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Experience with:
- Microsoft product experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policies, and IIS
- Cisco VoIP Services including Cisco Call Manager, Voicemail, and Contact Center
- Virtual Server experience such as VMWare, Hyper-V, and Citrix
- Basic knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in a corporate network
- Configuration and support of Linux operations systems a plus
- Ability to prepare or update documentation, including System Configurations and Procedures
- Hands on technical troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to research and make recommendations on network products, services, software, etc.
- Two years of hands-on Cisco Contact Center and Call Manager configuration and administration experience
- Two years of lead experience with Active Directory and Group Policies
- VMware administration (ESXi, vSphere, vCenter, SRM, Veeam Backup) or Citrix Cloud experience
- Ability to document System Standards, Configurations, Policies, and Procedures
- Prior project experience a plus
- Ability to work independently or in a team as needed for success
- Trouble-shooting and communication skills to effectively communicate with vendors and all levels of system users
- Desire to work on new technology and your technical future
- Bachelor/ Associates in Computer Science, or five years of equivalent experience
- Microsoft, VMWare, or Cisco certifications preferred
