As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager to contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:
Builds and maintains relationships with current and potential clients through a relationship-based approach.
Consistently delivering results that align with company objectives.
Drives sales growth and customer acquisition effectively promoting and selling services
Identify and cultivate new account prospects through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
Collaborates with clients and business partners to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a wide range of plumbing services.
Conducts presentations and consultations with customers to help them choose the best plumbing services for their needs.
Maintains regular communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the plumbing or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and proactively pursue sales opportunities, with a strong drive to achieve goals and objectives.
