Your Key Responsibilities

  • Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products.
  • Analyze cost drivers and standards in ERP systems (SAP), collaborate on digital solutions for optimization
  • Meet digital KPI's, report to local/regional management, align goals/tasks with manager
  • Improve plant layouts and processes using digital tools, enhance quality through monitoring and AI
  • Collaborate internally and regionally on digital solutions, support process improvement and training
  • Coordinate autonomous solutions like cobots and AGVs, troubleshoot digital issues as first point of contact
  • Validate machines and tools.
  • Develop process improvement through simulation and AI, adhere to company policies and safety standards
  • Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Proven experience in digital solutions, process improvement, and manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, digital tools, and autonomous solutions
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
