Join Our Team: Events Assistant

About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing a variety of events that showcase our clients' brands. You'll work closely with our creative team to ensure each event is a memorable and seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate functions, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor arrangements, and event setup.
  • Manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support on-site event management, including attendee registration, coordination with vendors, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Prepare post-event reports and evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
