Blanchard Valley Health System is a regional community non-profit serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio that is seeking an OB Hospitalist.Level II Special Care Nursery 32 weeks+, 1000 deliveries/year24-hour OB care, 7 shifts/blockAdditional shifts available if interestedScheduled C-sectionsConsults only for gynecologyNon-emergent surgeries as needed, surgical team on-call to assistFacilitate transfersNo outpatient clinic coverageOversight of midwivesED unassigned obstetrics patients24-hour in-house pediatric hospitalist serviceOne delivering hospital, sleep room on floorRemote attendance for high-risk meetingsIntegrated EMR with Cerner throughout health systemPractice and team dedicated to supporting youAutonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operationsTime with patients who respect your careLocal administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in FindlayLeadership who are invested and seek your inputStrong and available subspecialty supportOpportunity to provide and receive mentorshipWe welcome residents, new grads and experienced physiciansNot accepting Locums candidatesNot accepting visa candidatesCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training to be discussed at interview.
