As a Customer Service Representative you will be working on the Consumer Banking team selling banking products, explaining rates and product benefits to enhance the customers account. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Entry Level, Job Duties Include:

  • Answer incoming customer calls, greeting customers while displaying an upbeat helpful demeanor.
  • Verifies customer identity while comparing information to data stored in the system in order to ensure confidentiality & legal compliance.
  • Researches customer issues, exploring transaction history, performing searches,( dollar amounts, dates), gathering additional information from bank documentation to identify the source of the problem for resolution.
  • Solves problems - including taking action on fee rebates, activating cards, replacing cards, ordering checks, updating customer information, executing stop payments, taking applications for overdraft protection to address customer issues.
Skills:

  • 1+ years working in a Banking or Call Center Environment.
  • Detailed problem solver with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to cross sell & suggest/sell Banking products as needed.
  • Excellent communication and Computer Skills.
