Job Responsibilities:

  • Process payments through bank transfers, wire transfers, and ACH transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions by reviewing and auditing invoices, correcting discrepancies, applying additional fees as necessary, and generating reports to ensure accurate account maintenance.
  • Assist with accounts payable tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills when interacting with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance department and overall organizational goals.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must be proficient in Excel.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask on different projects and assignments.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
