Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Broomfield, CO (80023)
Remote Flexibility: 4 days in-office, 1 days remote
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $20-$26
Hours: 40
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse, shipping, and inventory management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Track shipments, update customers on order status, and provide tracking information and estimated delivery dates.
- Process orders, including entering orders into the system, generating shipping labels, and preparing necessary documentation for shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details in the company's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention through excellent logistics support.
- Provide support and assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with logistics, including offering alternative shipping options or resolving billing inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics and customer service to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigined.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Customer Service experience
- Cold call/high volume outreach experience
- Natural curiosity for learning a new industry
