Commercial Construction Project Manager

FaciliCorp has an immediate opening for a Commercial Construction Project Manager. We are looking for a detail oriented team player with a strong background in project management of commercial tenant improvement projects. This individual would have a breadth of experience encompassing design, creating and executing budgets, managing consultants, customers and delivering projects on time and budget. Experience working from the client side of the project is preferred.Projects vary in scope, complexity and size.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage and coordinate tenant improvement projects.

Work with the leasing team during lease negotiations to identify key terms and conditions as it relates to design and construction and to ensure the necessary due diligence is completed.

Lead project meetings and document outcome.

Manage architects, engineers, contractors and vendors.

Prepare project schedules and budget estimates.

Control project quality and ensure compliance with Client standards

Review and approve proposals and invoices.

Manage Budget and control costs.

Close out of the construction project.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated success managing large and complex projects

Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)

Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Project & AutoCAD a plus)

5+ years direct experience in construction management

Degree in a related field (industrial engineering, industrial technology, construction management, architecture) is preferred or equivalent work-related experience
