As a Front Desk Clerk team member, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during check-in and check-out, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and assisting guests with various requests. General computer skills, understanding Microsoft software and making reservations experience preferred.
