As a Melaleuca Scrum Master, you'll:

Qualifications:

  • Role is remote for those living in Utah or Idaho.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and coaching Agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with mobile development and/or enterprise web development methodologies a plus.
  • Experience with the mentioned technologies (React Native, Vue.js, Sitecore, C#, .NET Framework) a plus.
