Job Title: Staff Accountant
Description:
Perform intercompany accounting including reconciling intercompany billing and receivables between all entities and ensure elimination of intercompany accounts.
Understand and prepare Fixed Asset schedules including depreciation and future forecast.
Analyze and review Commission records and reports for month and quarter-end close and resolve any outstanding accounting issues, including open reconciling items, in a timely manner.

Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, analysis, accrual calculations, and other related accounting documents/schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science in Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university.
Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
Experience using a medium - large ERP system
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles
A minimum of 3+ years of general accounting experience
