Helpdesk Technician

Mount Indie is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join a team providing 24x7x365 IT support to our mission-critical government customer. You will be the front line of defense for all IT related issues and support.
Required Qualifications:
• Active Top Secret clearance
• 3 to 5 years of general IT experience, including 2+ years of experience working in a Windows environment
• Hands-on experience as a Service Technician providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support
• Experience solving problems, using excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience providing exemplary customer service and telephone skills.
• Experience writing detailed logs in ServiceNow
• Experience providing basic computer system end-user operations, including but not limited to system sign-on; Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android); Client PC connectivity - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN; and, File server knowledge
• Experience supporting mobile devices, provisioning, and managing through Mobile Device Management (MDM) software
• Availability for the following shifts 12pm to 10pm - Wednesday- Saturday in Washington, DC
Preferred Qualifications:
• MS or CompTIA(Security+) certifications
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field
• Experience with one or more of the following: SCCM, VDI and VMWare, Command Line/PowerShell commands
