REQUIRED TECHNICAL PROFICIENCIES
•2-3 years of professional experience in technical support or project management
•4-6 years of experience in vCIO and technical consulting, including client consultation for technical needs
•Prior experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
•Proficient in enhancing customer service, perception, and satisfaction
•Skillful in crafting technical proposals and recommendations in a professional business format
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with problem-solving agility and commitment to innovative solutions
•Business acumen regarding the intersection of IT and business strategy
•Competency in client technical documentation and analysis
