LHH is working with the Knoxville office of a fantastic Tennessee-based law firm to recruit an experienced Litigation Associate or Partner for the firm's Knoxville office. The successful applicant will have opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and sophisticated litigation matters in a variety of areas including product liability, business disputes, and insurance disputes.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of solid litigation experience in one or more of the areas listed above and strong academic credentials. The successful candidate will be a seasoned associate or trial attorney, and will able to hit the ground running, handling cases largely autonomously.

Ample experience taking and defending depositions, drafting all manner of legal motions and briefs, and arguing motions in court is required. Prior experience preparing for and conducting bench and jury trials is strongly preferred.

Must be licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar.

Compensation is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
