The ideal candidate will have 3 years of solid litigation experience in one or more of the areas listed above and strong academic credentials.
Job Description: The successful applicant will be a seasoned associate or trial attorney, able to hit the ground running and handle cases largely autonomously. They will have ample experience taking and defending depositions, drafting all manner of legal motions and briefs, and arguing motions in court.
Responsibilities:
- Handling complex litigation cases in various areas, including product liability, business disputes, and insurance disputes
- Working independently on cases, with minimal supervision
- Taking and defending depositions, drafting legal motions and briefs, and arguing motions in court
Requirements: 3 years of solid litigation experience, strong academic credentials, licensed to practice in Tennessee or eligible for admission to the Tennessee bar. Salary is highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
