Contract Analyst (Remote)

Contract: Mounds View, Minnesota, US

Salary: $35.00 Per Hour

  • The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering and managing assigned deliverables in a professional discipline or specialty.
  • They will work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve desired results, own projects, and make decisions with colleagues.
Qualification:
  • Analyze Fair Market Value to support budget development, negotiation, and documentation.
  • Conduct outsourcing proposal preparation, contract drafting, development, negotiation, administration, and supplier contact activities.
  • Dual familiarity with legal terms, conditions and budget, finance basics.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years working with contracts or contract negotiation experience or advanced degree (Juris Doctor, Masters) with a minimum of 2 years working with contracts or contract negotiation experience.
