**Responsibilities:**
* Load and unload material.
* Play an active role in picking orders.
* Assist in inventory cycle counts.
* Drive a forklift.
* Provide exceptional experience to both internal and external customers.
* Lead warehouse employees and set a good example.
* Oversee shipping and receiving, when needed.
* Assist in the reorganization of the warehouse or any other warehouse projects and or duties, as required.
**What you need to be Successful:**
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving and order picking.
* Previous experience in leading a warehouse team.
* Forklift license and forklift experience are a must.
* Ability to lift and move up to **80 lbs.**
* Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Energetic and strong organizational skills.
