Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders at various levels within the organization. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices. Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data, reports and dashboards across reporting tools. Provide training and support to users on Tableau functionality and best practices. Develop a data dictionary for report metrics, KPIs, and KRIs. Stay updated on Tableau developments and recommend enhancements or new tools to improve data visualization and analysis capabilities. What You Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5 years as a Data Strategist, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on Tableau. Expertise in data visualization principles and best practices, particularly using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with large data sets and databases (SQL, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or equivalent certification.
