Qualifications
Education
- (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required or
- (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing Required
- 3+ years progressive clinical and management experience Required
- Demonstrates skills in human relations, human & material resource management. Required
- Evidence of ability to provide exceptional nursing leadership. Required
- Demonstrates the ability to facilitate change, excellent communication and organizational skills. Required
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Required
- Able to handle high-pressure situations. Required
- Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient and employee needs. Required
- PC and computer applications. Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Ohio Required and
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Certification in clinical or leadership specialty Required within 1 yr (required)
