Summary:  Managing contract bid packages, contracts and ensuring proper contract documentation.

Key duties:

  • Work closely with all internal departments involved in contract process
  • Assemble and float contract bid packages
  • Manage status of multiple bids with multiple bidders
  • Assist Contract Department in technical and commercial bid evaluation
  • Analyzes all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Assist Contract Department in ensuring that contracts are executed in accordance with contract terms and conditions, all laws and regulations, corporate guidelines
  • Maintain database for the company’s contract management system
  • Prepare reports on the status of contracts for management.
  • Assist Contract Department in conducting periodic evaluation of contractors / vendors performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency and ability to use computer tools like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrate ability to handle high volume of work with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills
  • Creativity, problem-solving skills.
