Apply TodayThe Quality Manager will maintain the Quality Management System to the recent ISO standards and oversee Quality Assurance / Quality Control, including supervision of personnel, internal auditing, quality improvement activities as well as interactions with customers and suppliers.Compensation will be based on experience with a base salary in the range of $110,000 to $120,000. Company offers excellent benefit package. Essential Job Functions

Promote quality achievement and performance improvement through the organization.

Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the quality system and policies into compliance with ISO and all quality system requirements.

Manage and maintain the company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods.

Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and ISO standards.

Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers.

Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures.

Liaise with ISO auditors, customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications.

Identify relevant quality-related training needs.

Analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters.

Manage and/or support continuous improvement projects.

Support root cause analysis efforts.

Oversee instrument calibration program.

Maintain corrective and preventative action systems.

Skills and Abilities

Good understanding of quality systems

Leadership skills required for supervision of direct reports.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Knowlege in Microsoft Office

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Manufacturing degree and/or ASQ certification preferred.

5 years managing a certified Quality Management System

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
