Summit Funding Is Expanding Across the US. Summit Funding is recruiting for Area and Branch Leaders and Managers. We are looking for Producing or Non-Producing Managers or Senior Loan Officers with their team(s) of currently producing Loan Officers to join Summit Funding as a new branch or branches. Sole owner and CEO Todd Scrima founded Summit Funding in 1995. While growing his company into the top 35 national retail lender we are today he has remained a loan officer at heart. And while many mortgage companies are dropping their retail lines, merging, or just plain closing shop we are positioned to be in business long term, regardless of market conditions

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and driving individual and team performance and the overall growth and profitability of the branch. Benefits and Perks: We offer a competitive compensation structure Professional and financial growth through building teams Professional Coaching and mentoring Full benefits including 401K with match Base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 annually with unlimited commission-earning potential, our average Branch Manager earned $675,000 in 2022. Qualifications

Producing or non-Producing Branch Managers and their Team of Loan Officers will be state licensed with NMLS, currently originating and have an established referral database for sourcing their own leads. Must be closing a minimum of 10 loans a month (individually or as a team) with a focus on purchase loans.
