Here's the lowdown:

Working at Taste Buds Kitchen as a Culinary Cooking Class Assistant is an excellent entry-level opportunity for anyone who is well-organized, enjoys people, and has a passion for the culinary arts. As a Culinary Cooking Class Assistant, you will assist the Culinary Instructor in every aspect of the preparation for the classes and the clean-up after. The main responsibilities are to help prepare the recipes for each class, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and assist as needed before, during, and after each class.

Our part-time schedule is flexible, within reason. We are looking for candidates with open availability, but we are happy to adapt for the right person.

There are plenty of hours available because we host classes every day of the week

No experience is necessary, but the ideal candidate would have:
  • The ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment and move quickly
  • A natural curiosity and passion for food & culinary entertainment
  • An upbeat personality with a smile on your face and a willingness to get your hands dirty
  • Great communication skills with all ages
  • A desire to learn a range of cooking and baking techniques
  • Open availability in the evenings and on the weekends

Adults love our BYOB date night cooking classes, birthday parties, bachelorettes, showers, and corporate events.
