Proven experience working with Benchling, including configuration and data modeling. Experience in data analytics and visualization including dashboard and reports creation, preferably with Tableau. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and database design. Demonstrated understanding of Agile software delivery and problem decomposition. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to work well with colleagues from diverse scientific backgrounds and cultures. It's a bonus if you have: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or another modern programming language. Understanding of analytical pipeline architecture. Experience with laboratory instrument systems, next generation sequencing (NGS) data and high-throughput screening data. Understanding of data management best practices and biological data. Integrating Benchling with other internal systems and databases, facilitating seamless data flow across the organization. Providing digital support for R&D teams, including troubleshooting data and system issues. Contributing to data pipelines and ETL processes to streamline data ingestion and analysis.
