The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving brand growth throughKey Responsibilities:-Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand presence andachieve marketing objectives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials and digital content that alignwith our brand identity.-Influencer Marketing: identify and collaborate with influencers across various platforms to expand brandreach and authenticity. Negotiate partnerships and manage end-to-end execution of influencercampaigns.-Event Marketing: Plan and execute offline events, including trade shows, product launches, andpromotional events, to enhance brand engagement and customer experience. Coordinate with vendors,manage budgets, and ensure seamless event execution.-Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer insights, andcompetetive landscape. Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.-Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure a cohesiveang integrated marketing approach.-Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to evaluatetheir effectiveness. Adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.Qualifications:-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field-3-5 yers of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful brand and campaignmanagement.-Strong understanding of brand development, influencer marketing strategies, and event planning.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and achieve marketing goals.-Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and contentmanagement systems.-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet#J-18808-Ljbffr
