Drives revenue to Sutter Health and its regional affiliates in a manner that achieves the organization's strategic goals and objectives. Plays a vital role in connecting Sutter Health with medical students, residents, and fellows across various Graduate, Medical Education (GME) programs. This position is responsible for building relationships with GME programs and prospective physician candidates, fostering engagement through events, dinners, and other strategic networking activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a brand ambassador for Sutter Health, working closely with our recruitment teams to help create pipelines of diverse, talented medical professionals, while providing guidance to GME students on employment opportunities at Sutter Health.

Job Description:

*** This role requires to live in the Sutter Health footprint in Nothern California for local events and onsite meetings. Travel regionally in the SH footprint and occasionally out of state for conferences, events, and campus visits. ***

EDUCATION:

  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
  • Bachelor's: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
  • 5 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction.
  • Demonstrated ability to encourage individuals either in a one-to-one or small group situation to establish rapport and gain trust or to listen perceptively and convey awareness.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the community and professionals while representing a large healthcare organization.

Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
